Nobody wants to read about taxes!  You want to read about truffle mashed potatoes, cinnamon-sprinkled sugar cookies and wine you can afford!  Shouldn’t December be the one month that we just let go of all the tough stuff?

Nope.  Because if you just take a few minutes to surf through Bargaineering’s end of the year tax advice, you can go to sleep tonight with lovely sugar plum fairies dancing in your head.  Comforted by the steps you took today, to make April a happy month.

And if you’ve ever wondered how Federal Income Tax brackets actually work, Five Cent Nickel breaks it down here.

Traveling for the holidays?  We suggest you budget in Miles Per Dollar, rather than MPG.  It will give you a more realistic assessment about the actual cost of the trip.

And before you spend a dime on any more “amazing holiday bargains” out there.  Stop and think about it; if you don’t need it, it’s not a deal!
